About The Role:
  • Deliver supplies to clients to optimize customer experience and minimize downtime
  • Deliver parts to technicians in the field to improve service efficiency and reduce response time
  • Accurately receive, organize, and manage branch inventory in a timely manner
  • Assist technicians with service calls and support service leadership on special projects as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Strong technical, analytical, and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
  • Experience supporting a team and in collaborative roles
  • Troubleshooting or mechanical experience is a plus
