Entry Level Restoration Technician
Rainbow Restoration of The Woodlands, Huntsville, Conroe
When a home or business floods, burns, or takes storm damage, we're who they call. As a Restoration Technician, you're the person on-site making a bad day better - extracting water, setting equipment, and getting people back to normal.
No restoration experience? That's fine. We'll train you. We're hiring for work ethic and attitude - the technical skills we can teach.
What you'll do
  • Respond to water, fire, smoke, and mold jobs and start mitigation to IICRC standards
  • Set and monitor drying equipment, and keep our gear clean, stocked, and ready to roll
  • Walk customers through the scope of work and handle the paperwork that goes with it
  • Manage your schedule so jobs get done on time
  • Cross-train into related skills as you grow

What we're looking for
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs and be on your feet
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving day
  • Solid communication with customers and teammates
  • Basic computer skills
