Leon's is currently looking for a Full Time Front Office Associate to provide excellent service to customers via phone and in person, to accurately process sales and customer requests, to ensure accuracy and security of customer orders and payments, and to assist with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales and payments for customers, as well as other customer requests
  • Check emails and voicemails, follow up with customers
  • Process financing applications and follow up with Visa D and Easy Finance
  • Confirm deliveries
  • Call customers to set up deliveries and pick ups
  • Train new Office associates
  • Approve and balance cash drawer for approval by Home Office in GERS
  • File daily reports and documents
  • Print and distribute reports from previous business day
  • Generate and finalize pick tickets
  • Complete end-of-day procedures - phones to night service, turn off lights & monitors, ensure area is tidy
  • Record and file applications & promissory notes
  • Process A-Z finalized and voids
  • Update sales orders comments for reprints
  • Post finance plans, contact numbers around the office and sales floor
  • Ensure that orders to be delivered are paid in full
  • Performing various other duties, as assigned

Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.70.
