What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Entry Level Traffic Engineer, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Entry Level Traffic Engineer, you need a bachelor's degree in civil or transportation engineering, along with a solid understanding of traffic flow principles and roadway design. Familiarity with traffic analysis software such as Synchro, VISSIM, and AutoCAD, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, is typically required.
