Job description

Working very closely with a high frequency prop trading firm based out of San Francisco who are hiring for an exciting dynamic cohort of Junior Traders to join a newly formed trading desk.

This position offers you the chance to be a member of an elite team of entry level graduates who will be taught and guided by two founders of this highly successful prop trading shop. They are looking for highly motivated and personable juniors who want to break into the trading world and have an interest in working under some of the best in the industry in the field of High Frequency Trading/Research.

You will be taught all there is to know about trading from day 1 and once settled and thriving have the chance to run your very own small book before becoming fully fledged traders. This process has been successful in the past and they are excited to welcome a 2024/early 2025 cohort of grads

Requirements โ€“

  • Bachelors degree in STEM
  • Experience in Python
  • strong internship background or general strong interest in the finance space
  • A motivation to succeed and learn

This role would require 5 days on site in the Alamo office for you to really gain all there is from being in the office working within this area. The earning potential once settled and books are up and running can surpass 2/3x the base given to begin with.
