Job Description

We’re a growing e-commerce auto parts business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented teammate to help get customer orders out the door quickly and accurately. This is a hands-on, part-time role that’s perfect for someone local who wants consistent morning hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Pick, pack, and ship new online orders (print labels, prepare boxes, schedule pickups).

  • Perform quality checks and careful packaging to prevent shipping damage.

  • Keep the packing station stocked and tidy; track basic inventory counts/restocks.

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and through marketplace messages (professional, prompt communication).

  • Light warehouse duties as needed (receiving, organizing shelves).

What You’ll Bring

  • Reliable, on-time, and comfortable working independently.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic computer skills; willing to learn shipping platforms (e.g., UPS/USPS/FedEx software).

  • Prior e-commerce, warehouse, or shipping experience is a plus.

  • Able to lift up to ~40–50 lbs and be on your feet (with or without reasonable accommodation).

  • Clear, friendly communication; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus given our customer base.
