Job description

Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling, a trusted name in Rochester, IN, is seeking a full-time Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician to join our award-winning team. Responsibilities
  • Assist senior HVAC technicians with service, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Perform duct cleaning and related tasks to ensure optimal system performance and indoor air quality for clients.
  • Observe and learn proper techniques for servicing HVAC equipment under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, representing the company’s values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Follow instructions carefully and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade.
Qualifications
