Job description

Job Title: Clerk (Entry Level Role)
Job Location: Calumet City, IL
Job Duration: 3 months (Contract)
Shift Hours: Mon-Fri

40 hours a week with limited to no OT, Also, flexible if someone is interested in only a part time schedule as well (20hr/week).
Job Description:
Mostly able to use Microsoft Word to edit documents.
Some Microsoft publisher would be OK as well
This is a project and will not have an extension.
They will be scanning in equipment files to create a digital database, as well as enter batch data from batch sheets into excel.
Resposibilities:
This position is for a Clerk that will report to the Environmental, Health and Safety Dept. for Calumet City. The main tasks will be reading and updating procedures as directed in Microsoft Office, sorting and filing documents, and shredding or destroying old documents.
