Job description

Job Summary:
The Third-Party CSR will work in a supporting role to the Director of Enterprise Sales in the greater DFW market. They are responsible for assisting with current customer accounts while dealing with a high volume of phone calls. They will maintain relationships with carriers and customers by providing exceptional customer service and solving problems. Other responsibilities include providing quotes and setting up shipments. This is not an entry-level administrative position. The role requires a customer service professional capable of balancing detailed shipment entry with proactive account management in a dynamic transportation environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High-quality written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
  • Dependability
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal operations teams
  • Ability to manage high shipment volumes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data entry, keyboarding, and general computer systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience
  • Working knowledge of AS400, EDI tendering, or transportation management systems
