Job description

We specialize in areas of customer retention and customer acquisition and this all requires being great at working with people. We are currently expanding from California to other parts of the country!

This is an ENTRY-LEVEL position as we are looking to develop someone in the areas of sales, campaign development, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact lists of prospective customers from sales leads
  • Manage assigned territory in order to develop and close sales
  • One-on-one sales-based interaction with customers
  • Consult with clients and determine the best solution for the identified business needs
  • Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares contracts for orders obtained
  • Works to develop business-relevant solutions for clients
  • Prepares and delivers daily sales statistics as directed by the manager
  • Develops and maintains strong customer business relationships throughout the entire buy cycle

  • This is a FULL-TIME, ENTRY-LEVEL position. We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.

This is a performance-based role with a good faith estimated total annual compensation range of $75,000–$95,000 for an entry-level employee assuming they hit their On Target Earnings. Compensation includes commissions, bonuses and a $1,000 per week recoverable draw after the probationary period, plus a $200/month gas allowance, health allowance, and other company benefits. Actual earnings may vary based on performance, experience, and market factors, and exceeds the stated range for high performers.
