As we prepare to open our brand-new, state-of-the-art Kia dealership, we’re assembling a talented, motivated team to deliver an outstanding experience from day one.

We’re currently looking for skilled Automotive Technicians to help us build a high-performing service department from the ground up. Whether you’re a seasoned Master Tech or a hardworking mid-level or entry-level tech looking to grow, we want to hear from you.


Position Summary:

As a Technician at Bill Dube Kia, you’ll diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You'll have access to a clean, modern shop; up-to-date diagnostic tools; and factory training through Kia and the NADA Education Platform. Be part of a team that values your time, your input, and your future.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate diagnostics and complete repairs on a wide range of vehicles, primarily Kia models

  • Conduct multi-point inspections and identify necessary maintenance or repairs

  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members regarding vehicle status

  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining manufacturer and dealership quality standards

  • Keep accurate records of work performed using Dealertrack or other DMS platforms

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols

  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on new technologies and repair techniques


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred; Kia or other OEM certifications a plus

  • ASE certification(s) or willingness to obtain

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Must have own tools (specialty tools provided)

  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
