Job description

People Architects is excited to partner with our client, a growing nationwide technology and SaaS company opening a new sales location in Lincoln, Nebraska, to recruit for an Entry-Level Sales Representative (Tech/SaaS).

This entry-level sales position is ideal for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or anyone looking to build a long-term career in technology sales. No prior sales experience or college degree is required. The company is looking for people who are driven, coachable, comfortable speaking with others, and ready to learn.

The role is full-time and based in the Lincoln office five days per week. Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary with $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) and uncapped commission.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospect into target accounts through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.

Respond to inbound leads and warm marketing-generated opportunities.

Research prospective customers and identify relevant business needs and pain points.

Set qualified meetings and discovery conversations for the Account Executive team.

Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and follow-up in the CRM.

Meet weekly and monthly activity, appointment-setting, and pipeline-generation goals.

Participate in hands-on training, mock calls, coaching, call reviews, and team huddles.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging, target lists, and outreach.


Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales.

Comfortable speaking with people by phone and making outbound calls.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Coachable, resilient, curious, and open to feedback.

Organized and able to manage daily activity, follow-up, and goals.

Comfortable working in a performance- and metrics-driven environment.

Team-oriented and aligned with a culture centered on gratitude, grit, giving, and growth mindset.

Must be able to work full-time in the Lincoln, Nebraska office five days per week.

Up to two years of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, fundraising, or other people-facing experience is preferred but not required.

Prior technology, SaaS, transportation, logistics, compliance, or CRM experience is a plus.
