Looking for a remote opportunity where you can build professional skills while working directly with clients?

As an Entry Level Benefits Sales Representative, you'll connect with individuals through scheduled phone and virtual appointments. You'll learn about their needs, walk them through available benefit options, answer questions, and assist them through the application process.

You don't need an insurance background to get started. Our training is designed to help new representatives understand the products, technology, and client process required for the position.

What You'll Handle

  • Connect with clients during scheduled phone and virtual appointments
  • Learn about their questions, priorities, and coverage needs
  • Present relevant insurance and supplemental benefit options
  • Explain information clearly and professionally
  • Guide clients through application and enrollment procedures
  • Maintain organized client information and follow-up notes
  • Respond to client questions and requests
  • Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
  • Develop your communication, organization, and sales skills over time

A Remote Role With a Different Sales Approach

This position is conducted remotely and is centered around scheduled client interactions.
