As part of our continued growth under the One Norlee platform, we are expanding our field teams.

Position Summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Helper to join one of our Electrical or Mechanical divisions. This is a full-time, field-based position offering an excellent entry point into the electrical trade with hands-on training and growth opportunities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time, Field Position

Compensation

Compensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, and relevant licenses.

What This Role Will Do

The Electrical Helper supports licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Responsibilities include:

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug test
