The 20 LLC is a nationwide Managed Service Provider that delivers world-class technology solutions and support. They are seeking a hard-working IT Support Desk Technician to provide remote support to clients nationwide, responsible for resolving technical issues and managing support tickets.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Identify, analyze, and resolve common technical issues, questions, and problems that occur in workstations, mobile devices, operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals
โ€ข Manage ticket queue to ensure timely resolution
โ€ข Provide customer support using remote connection software
โ€ข Provide thorough documentation on each customer interaction
โ€ข Prioritize ticketing system flow by following SOPs and KB articles for resolution
โ€ข Meet or exceed KPI goals
โ€ข Troubleshooting of the following, though not limited to:
โ€ข Advanced desktop issues
โ€ข VPN connectivity
โ€ข Entry-level server support

Qualifications:
Required:
