Job description

PX is a leading customer acquisition platform that helps companies grow by connecting them with high-intent consumers through data, technology, and automation.
As our platform continues to grow, we are looking for a Technical Integration Specialist to join our Integrations team. In this role, you will help ensure that our clients' campaigns run smoothly by connecting our platform with their systems and enabling lead data to flow seamlessly between platforms.
This position is ideal for Computer Science related graduates or early-career technical professionals who are curious about APIs, automation, and system integrations. You'll work closely with our Commercial and Product teams to support integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the way our systems communicate with client environments.
We're looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and naturally curious about how systems connect and exchange data. Someone who enjoys solving technical puzzles, improving processes, and building smarter ways for systems to work together.
What You'll Do
  • Support the integration of client campaigns into the PX platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and reliable data flow
  • Configure and maintain integrations using PX APIs and internal systems to connect with client environments
  • Work with APIs, databases, and data flows to ensure accurate and timely lead delivery
  • Monitor integrations, identify issues, and troubleshoot technical challenges that may affect campaign performance
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Commercial teams to support clients during onboarding and campaign launches
  • Help document integration processes and contribute to improving internal workflows and automation

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Interest in APIs, automation, and how systems exchange data
  • Familiarity with data exchange formats such as JSON, XML, or webhooks
  • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript scripting
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
