Job description

IT - MIS Administrator

Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Salary: $70K~$90K (Commensurate with experience)

An established manufacturer is seeking a motivated IT-MIS Administrator to support information systems, IT infrastructure, data security, and day-to-day technology needs. This position will also serve as a key point of contact for IT-related communication and coordination with our Japan Headquarters.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain MIS systems and IT infrastructure

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues

• Assist with system upgrades and IT projects

• Maintain data security, accuracy, and accessibility

• Develop reports and analyze MIS data

• Provide technical support and employee training

• Communicate and coordinate with Japan HQ on IT-related matters, system requirements, projects, and issue resolution


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

• Entry-level candidates are welcome — training will be provided

• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, databases, and IT systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
