Financial Analyst - OneStream
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Financial Analyst with our client in Warrenville, IL. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for someone who wants to blend finance and systems work by owning OneStream reporting and consolidations administration in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment. The Financial Analyst will focus heavily on consolidations, reporting, and forecasting, supporting key stakeholders in Accounting Shared Services and Business Information Systems. This Financial Analyst role is especially exciting for someone eager to contribute post go-live and grow alongside collaborative leaders.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and support OneStream reporting and consolidations processes following a recent system go-live
  • Deliver consolidation, reporting, and forecasting outputs within a financial forecasting system
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders in Business Information Systems and Accounting Shared Services to support reporting needs and day-to-day priorities
  • Contribute in a fast-paced, onsite environment with high expectations, adapting quickly as priorities shift

Qualifications
  • OneStream-specific experience is required
  • Strong background in consolidations, reporting, forecasting, and financial analytics
  • Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-moving environment; adaptability and readiness to learn are critical
  • Experience supporting multi-entity manufacturing environments is preferred
  • Prior experience in a consolidations-focused role, including hands-on work within a financial forecasting system
