Operations Clerk - West Valley, UT
What You'll Do:
As an Operations Clerk, you'll be the go-to for behind-the-scenes accuracy-supporting warehouse functions through fast, accurate order processing and documentation. This role blends administrative precision with warehouse coordination. You'll keep the information flowing so the product can move.
In This Role, You'll:
  • Enter customer orders and shipment info with speed and accuracy using warehouse systems
  • Manage key documents like load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaints
  • Track supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teams
  • Print and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows moving
  • Conduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrity
  • Help resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departments

What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years in operations, admin support, or order processing (warehouse setting a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plus
  • Ability to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systems
  • Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally

The Schedule & Setting:
  • Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse
  • Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay & Benefits:
  • Starting pay: $40k-$45k
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
