Job description

Adecco is seeking motivated individuals to join as Test Operators at a leading client facility in Jeffersonville, IN. This is an immediate opening for dedicated team players interested in contributing to a high-tech, fast-paced environment.  

As a Test Operator with Adecco, you'll be an essential part of maintaining quality standards in a state-of-the-art facility. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and staging units for production, entering data accurately into systems, handling equipment and parts, and keeping your workstation organized. You will play a crucial role in supporting production goals and ensuring efficient operations, all while working alongside a professional team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform testing and quality checks on units and components 

  • Prepare and stage products for manufacturing processes 

  • Enter accurate data into company systems 

  • Handle equipment and parts with care and precision 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 

  • Support team efforts with additional tasks as needed in a dynamic environment 

Qualifications: 

  • No prior experience required – this is an entry-level position 

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting 

  • Consistently meet daily production targets 

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
