The Administrator - Growth serves as the entry point into the Growth Department and is intentionally structured to develop the next generation of Growth professionals. Rather than supporting a single specialty, this role works alongside department personnel across the entire federal business development lifecycle, contributing to marketing, business development, capture, solutions development, proposal management, and vendor management activities as business priorities require. This broad exposure develops a comprehensive understanding of the Growth function while preparing employees for advancement opportunities across the department based on performance, aptitude, and business needs.
As a cross-functional contributor, the Administrator provides administrative, analytical, research, coordination, and content development support that enables the efficient execution of Growth activities. By supporting multiple functions throughout the opportunity lifecycle, the Administrator promotes consistency, responsiveness, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across the Growth Department, including the Marketing, Business Development, Capture, Solutions, Proposal, and Vendor Management functions.
  • Continuously monitor GovWin, SAM.gov, agency procurement forecasts, and other market intelligence sources to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and maintain opportunity records in Salesforce, ensuring customer, pipeline, pursuit, and opportunity data remain accurate while supporting the Growth Department's Speed Gate Review process through initial opportunity research and documentation.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral, proposal graphics, presentations, and visual communication materials while developing proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Illustrator, and related applications, as assigned.
  • Assist with proposal compliance activities by organizing solicitation documents, tracking requirements, maintaining compliance matrices, and supporting proposal review cycles.
  • Support proposal development activities through document formatting, production, electronic submission preparation, compliance verification, and quality assurance.
  • Create, edit, and maintain professional documents, presentations, reports, and other business communications.
  • Coordinate departmental calendars, meetings, gate reviews, color team reviews, and other Growth activities, ensuring participants, agendas, and supporting materials are prepared and distributed.
  • Document meeting minutes, track action items, and monitor completion of assigned tasks.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve departmental document templates, outlines, forms, checklists, and standardized resources to promote consistency, efficiency, and quality across the Growth Department.
  • Maintain departmental SharePoint sites, document repositories, knowledge libraries, contact lists, and other organizational resources.
  • Coordinate conference attendance and registrations, customer visits, and departmental logistics.
  • Support vendor management activities by maintaining records, coordinating documentation, and assisting with teaming and partner administration.
  • Track proposal schedules, milestones, deliverables, and departmental metrics, providing timely status updates to leadership.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail while managing multiple assignments and meeting competing deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, documentation, and administrative workflows while recommending and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop proficiency across the Growth Department's marketing, business development, capture, solutions, proposal, and vendor management functions while progressively assuming greater responsibility based on demonstrated performance and business needs.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
