Where You Will Work
Our corporate office is located in theย Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.ย
AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, thereforeย this position will beย in-office 5 days a weekย to support central administrative operations.
What You Will Do
- Provideย centralized system support forย A/R (accounts receivable) processes for company's residential communities.
- Useย computerized system for monitoring, processing and/or auditing stages of the resident lease cycle.
- Communicateย with site team members, residents and prospects to ensure leasing related processes are completed accurately and timely.
- Provideย system administration support to ensure accurate record keeping and investigate/resolveย inaccuracies per Operations Manual requirements.
- Complete tasks generated via work requests that come through a centralized mailbox.
- Assistย with processing files through eviction process due to delinquency and non-payment.

- Expected pay rate of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour.ย You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
