Seeking a full time Intake Specialist to work within our Intake Department. Duties include: managing referral calls; conducting intake with clients; entering information into Electronic Medical Record; and tracking referrals. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Experience with Electronic Medical Records is preferred. Position is not intended for licensed clinicians.



Requirements:

Associate professional according to 10A NCAC 27G .0104

Master’s degree in a human services field with less than 1 year of post-graduate mental health/substance use experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with less than 2 years of post-bachelor mental health/substance use experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a non-human-services field with less than 4 years of relevant experience.
