Position Title: Staff Engineer Reports To: Director or Division LeadDepartment: Structural FLSA Status: ExemptSummary:The Staff Engineer operates under the direct stewardship of a Director or Division Lead and serves as an entry-level engineering role focused on development, training, and foundational technical execution. This position is intended for non-licensed engineers early in their careers and is designed to support the acquisition of professional experience required for future licensure.The Staff Engineer provides technical and production support across a variety of design projects, construction materials, and means and methods, while working under the direct mentorship of licensed professional engineers.
