Warehouse Operations AssociatePosition Overview
This position reports to the Operations Supervisor and is based at our Boca Raton, FL facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with MANDATORY OVERTIME
Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, open, and categorize incoming mail by service type
  • Match, count, and verify items for accuracy and completeness
  • Confirm service type, payment, and eligibility requirements
  • Accurately enter order data into internal systems and generate identification labels
  • Safely encapsulate and seal trading cards, comic books, event tickets, coins, and other collectibles
  • Learn and utilize various gasket sizes and comic book holders
  • Perform crack-out and resealing of comic books as required
  • Inspect products and assembled components for defects or discrepancies
  • Verify submission details, product quantities, and labeling accuracy
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Problem Orders teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Partner with Sales on special pricing, promotions, or custom orders
  • Support cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives
  • Sort and prepare completed orders by shipping carrier
  • Package orders securely, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
  • Process shipments and close out orders in the system
  • Maintain strict accountability and careful handling of high-value items throughout all stages
