OVERVIEW

We are seeking motivated recent college graduates for an entry-level Financial Analyst role, perfect for those eager to launch their careers in banking. This position focuses on data analytics, strategic planning, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and treasury operations. You will develop reports using Power BI, create presentations, and work closely with C-level executives to track performance metrics and support strategic initiatives. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following.

  • Perform data analytics to generate actionable insights, including developing reports and dashboards using Power BI. 
  • Support strategic planning, FP&A, and treasury functions to optimize financial performance and manage risks. 
  • Assist in preparing management and board reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial data. 
  • Conduct scenario analysis, profitability studies, and capital allocation modelling to guide executive decision-making. 
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate strategic projects, performance metrics, and key findings to senior leadership. 
  • Collaborate with C-level executives on strategic initiatives, developing reporting frameworks, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs). 
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support forecasting and decision-making.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a commitment to mastering advanced features and data visualization techniques. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an interest in working directly with senior executives. 
  • Internship, coursework, or project experience in finance, data analytics, or programming is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with machine learning, predictive modeling and big data framework a plus but not required.
