Join Our Crew: Entry-Level Powersports Technician – Hunter Power Sports

At Hunter Power Sports, we don’t just sell machines — we help customers create unforgettable experiences by keeping their motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft performing at their best.

We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Powersports Technician who is ready to build their skills, learn from experienced technicians, and grow their career in the powersports industry.

If you have a foundation of mechanical knowledge and a passion for understanding how things work, we want you on our team!


What You’ll Do:

  • Complete oil changes, fluid services, tire replacements, brake services, and other basic maintenance tasks.
  • Work alongside experienced technicians to troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and mechanical concerns.
  • Build and prepare new motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and watercraft with attention to detail, safety, and quality.
  • Assist with installations such as winches, plow kits, lighting, performance exhaust systems, and other customer enhancements.
  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure every unit is safe, reliable, and ready for adventure.
  • Keep a clean, organized workspace and maintain professional tools and equipment.


What We’re Looking For

  • Basic understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the powersports industry
  • Ability to understand mechanical systems and troubleshoot problems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to accurately document completed work for service records
  • Valid driver’s license (Motorcycle endorsement required or obtainable within 90 days)
