This entry-level position supports daily activities such as data entry, mail handling, visitor reception, and general office maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Perform basic administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining orderly workspaces.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Prepare outgoing correspondence and shipments as needed.Accurately update records, spreadsheets, and databases to support documentation and reporting.Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
