What You’ll Do (Entry-Level):

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for AT&T, providing full product and service representation
  • Engage with customers daily to identify the best solutions for their needs
  • Stay current on promotions, plans, and pricing
  • Build strong customer relationships focused on trust and retention
  • Participate in ongoing professional and leadership development

Leadership Track

We are actively developing future leaders within Elevated. Top performers will train to manage a team of 10–15 sales representatives. Leadership responsibilities include:

  • Coaching, training, and motivating team members
  • Driving team sales performance while ensuring top-tier customer experience
  • Assisting in the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies
