Client Operations & Talent Sourcing Associate Job Description: 10EQS is a leading consulting network providing on-demand strategy consulting services and expert insights to our clients, which include Fortune 500 companies, investment, and leading professional services firms, as well as SMEs and start-ups across various industries to support their corporate strategy initiatives. We are looking for entry-level professionals to join our Client Delivery Operations team to expand, and manage our global expert network and support our client operations. You will collaborate with global project consulting teams on talent acquisition, process management, and client interactions to support our clients on their strategic initiatives in short-lifecycle projects. Responsibilities Develop search strategies, source, screen, and recruit subject matter experts for market research projects Work directly with our global team and external network of consultants and industry experts, utilizing a range of resources and different online communication & collaboration tools. Engage with clients across a variety of industries and geographies to assess their strategic needs and ensure their initiatives are met effectively. Manage and optimize the processes related to expert engagement and client operations to deliver exceptional service.
