What You'll Do

As a Claims Adjuster - Manager in Training, you'll learn how to balance customer experience, problem-solving, and business outcomes.

  • Investigate and manage auto insurance claims from start to finish 
  • Analyze policies and determine coverage, liability, and claim outcomes 
  • Guide customers through the claims process with empathy and clarity

  • Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency
