[About the Role]
Join our dynamic team in Malabar, FL as a Quality Control Contractor (L1) and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of advanced assembly, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on experience in quality processes within a supportive manufacturing environment. Work a steady Monday-Thursday schedule (3:30PM-2:00AM), with occasional overtime available.
[Responsibilities]
- Identify and document quality discrepancies in assembly, process, and systems
- Facilitate implementation of inspection, testing, and evaluation procedures
- Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with auditors and inspectors to develop reports and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze trends in discrepancies and support process optimization
- Supervise testing activities and guide inspectors
- Approve and manage work order flow tags
- Develop inspection tools and supplemental instructions
- Participate in supplier corrective and preventative actions, customer escapes, process nonconformities, change control, and material review board meetings
