We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Team.

Position Summary


The Sales Support Specialist supports the Sales & Marketing team by coordinating customer programs, new product launches, and account information while serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments. This role helps ensure customer satisfaction, accurate communication, and successful execution of sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts.
  • Support sales objectives and customer programs.
  • Coordinate new product launches, product setup, packaging, labels, barcodes, and artwork approvals.
  • Manage customer requests, product samples, and program timelines.
  • Maintain customer records, pricing, sales reports, and account documentation.
  • Communicate production schedules, forecasts, inventory needs, and ship dates with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Customer Service, Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Marketing to meet customer expectations.
  • Track program launches, product transitions, and customer initiatives.
  • Assist with forecasting, inventory planning, and continuous improvement projects.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn ERP systems, Power BI, and other business software.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.


Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a related business environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting retail or consumer products is a plus.
