Who is Dealer Alchemist? Our technology powers websites and advertising for Automobile Dealerships around the US. We just obtained our 7th manufacturer approval and have our 8th and 9th contracts pending signature. The Basics This position visits local dealerships in person to schedule demos of our software solution. All appointments are scheduled with our Sales Leadership team who completes all the selling. Your job is to make introductions and schedule these appointments. Our industry values “in person” meetings, and you will spend your time going to various dealerships within a 2 hours drive of your home office to schedule these meetings. All work is recorded in the company CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Follow the regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of car dealership clients within the assigned region.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with dealership decision-makers, including general managers and marketing teams.
  • Learn about client needs and how to tailor solutions to help dealerships achieve their marketing and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, product, and client success teams) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Track sales activities and progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
Travel:
  • Travel to client locations within the assigned region to schedule/conduct meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
Requirements:
  • No sales experience necessary, we will train you.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in your prior academic and athletic career.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity and use of AI tools/applications is a plus in this role.
