Job description

Position Description
TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for an Entry Level Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. Reynolds and Reynolds prides itself on providing our customers with superior solutions. As the Software Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing quality testing on these solutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Under minimal supervision, understand and apply Quality Assurance and Software Testing concepts and practices to continually assess the condition and quality of software builds, bug fixes, and interim releases.
-Test and certify software defect fixes and new functionality by executing functional, application, and regression tests for software releases.
-Analyze test results and make recommendations.
-Write clear and precise defect reports as required for identified software defects and functional defects based on testing results.
-Clearly document, communicate, and escalate all risks and issues to the QA Manager in a timely manner.
-Responsible for writing quality assurance test scenarios.
-Work closely with new product design teams to identify and correct deviations from the product software specification.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred; Ability to think critically, problem solve, and take initiative; Strong attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment completing objectives in a timely manner; Occasional weekend coverage may be required as needed
