OriginLab is a software company located in downtown Northampton, MA. We produce a scientific software sold around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customers’ orders and deliver software license daily
  • Communicates client needs and demands to company
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Process orders, quotations, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently

  • Do the sales related work according to the sale Coordinator routine procedure

  • Handle after-sales support, including returns, exchanges, and feedback

  • Contribute to improving customer service and sales procedures, policies, and standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • This position requires you to work full time from our office in Northampton, MA
