Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. Job Summary:
We are looking for an Entry-Level Enrollment Specialist who can support a variety of needs within the company's outreach department. The department is responsible for the company's overall growth, reaching children in need, and educating families of our community. Candidates for this role should expect to assist with the enrollment process at all stages and overall support for the families we serve. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of the client enrollment pipeline
  • Conducting informational calls to discuss our program with prospective parents
  • Managing communication inboxes and responding quickly to parent inquiries
  • Coordinating schedules for both diagnostic evaluations for autism, and enrollment in our full-time ABA Therapy program
  • Adhering to enrollment practices as it pertains to the education of the services we provide and moving families throughout the stages of enrollment
  • Understanding of the field of ABA and conveying how the services we offer may be of interest to a family or client in need
  • Assisting with and helping to improve the enrollment process and experience
  • Hit metrics related to company growth and enrollment
  • Supporting external and internal communications efforts that help enrich culture and experience for the families we serve

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience using CRM software and tracking/managing potential clients
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as FreshSales, Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and demonstrates excitement to speak with new people
  • Comfortability speaking with parents over the phone
  • Diligence and thorough work when moving throughout the enrollment process
  • Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • You have a track record of being assertive, organized, and effective when interacting with with referral sources and customers
  • You possess a deep desire to contribute to the company's traditional and non-traditional digital presence
  • Must be able to pass MD/VA state and FBI background check in addition to a sex offender background check
