The Welcome Desk Staff provides professional front desk coverage, visitor management, ServiceNow ticket triage, signage printing coordination, and Lost & Found tracking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage reception activities.

  • Read, log, and route ServiceNow tickets per PBGC security policies.

  • Print signage inserts and assist with administrative tasks.

  • Maintain Lost & Found log and perform callbacks on closed tickets.

  • Generate monthly reports and track customer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Associate’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.

  • OSHA Safety Awareness required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ServiceNow.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Customer Service Training (preferred).
