The Part-Time Events Coordinator provides essential support in the execution of pre-planned luxury events and activities at Beaver Creek Resort. This entry-level role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing event setup and breakdown, and ensuring smooth operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the resort’s premium standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Event Logistics Coordination:
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including décor, equipment, and signage.
- Confirm vendor deliveries and ensure all materials are in place according to event plans.
- Coordinate schedules for entertainers, vendors, and village operations staff as directed by the Event Director and Event Managers.
- On-Site Support:
- Serve as a point of contact during events for internal and contracted staff and vendors.
- Monitor event flow and promptly address operational issues.
- Provide assistance to guests with directions and event-related inquiries.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain event checklists and timelines provided by the Event Director and Event Managers.
- Track inventory of event supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Assist with post-event documentation and feedback collection.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure event areas as well as storage areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Follow resort policies and procedures during event operations.
Job Requriemnets:
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in hospitality or event management is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event support preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent a luxury brand.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $28.65/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
