Entry-Level Small Business Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for the role of Small Business Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will be the first point of contact for small business clients, assisting with their insurance needs while delivering exceptional service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the insurance industry or customer service field.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for small business customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Accurately process policy changes, payments, and documentation requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options to meet their unique business needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with empathy, proficiency, and a solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Proactively identify and escalate customer concerns, feedback, or complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business clients to foster retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Educate customers on value-added services and additional coverage options when appropriate.
