About Durae USA

Durae USA is a growing supplier of innovative cosmetic ingredients and raw materials serving the U.S. beauty, skincare, and personal care industries. We work closely with cosmetic brands, contract manufacturers, laboratories, and distributors to bring advanced Korean beauty technologies to the North American market.


We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative who is eager to learn, build professional relationships, and grow within the cosmetics and beauty industry.

No cosmetic ingredient experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.


What You'll Do

  • Support sales activities for cosmetic ingredients and raw materials
  • Communicate with cosmetic brands, skincare companies, laboratories, contract manufacturers, and distributors
  • Manage customer inquiries, sample requests, quotations, and order follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Learn cosmetic ingredient technologies, formulation concepts, and beauty industry trends
  • Assist with trade shows, marketing projects, and administrative sales support


Qualifications

Required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship


Preferred

  • Korean language proficiency
  • Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, business development, or account management
  • Interest in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, personal care, or the K-Beauty industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
