Master Aesthetician (MedSpa experience required)

Part Time / Full Time (For Evening Hours (5pm- 8pm) & Weekends Shift)

As an Aesthetician at Noor Esthetique & Wellness Center, you will provide high-quality skincare and wellness treatments to our clients. Your expertise and client-focused approach will be essential in delivering an exceptional experience while promoting beauty, relaxation, and overall well-being.

At Noor Esthetique & Wellness Center, we are committed to enhancing beauty and well-being through personalized, professional care. Located in Sterling, VA, our center offers a range of health, beauty, and wellness services in a tranquil and welcoming environment. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our team and help our clients look and feel their best. This is what success looks like. 


Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser equipments(training to be provided), and other skincare services.

    • Educate clients on skincare regimens, products, and wellness practices that support their personal goals.

    • Conduct consultations to assess clients’ needs and recommend customized treatments or product regimens.

    • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

    • Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the aesthetics and wellness industry.

    • Promote and sell skincare products, treatment packages, and additional services offered by the center.

    • Collaborate with the team to create a holistic experience tailored to each client’s needs.

    • Maintain accurate client records and document treatment plans.


Experience/Qualifications

  • State-licensed Master Aesthetician (required).

  • Minimum at 1 year of Proven experience as an Aesthetician in a spa, clinic, or wellness center setting.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client care and satisfaction.

  • Ability to recommend and sell products and services with confidence.

  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Knowledge of skincare products, treatment techniques, and advanced equipment.

  • Proficiency in managing medical supply inventory to maintain necessary stock levels efficiently.

  • Sales and marketing skills to promote products and packages.
