A Day in the Life
As a Kiehl's Keyholder, you will be a vital part of the store leadership team, assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll embody the spirit and heritage of our old-world apothecary, making a real impact in our Arcadia community.
You will:
  • Lead by Example: Act as a role model for the team, delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
  • Drive Store Success: Support the achievement of store and individual sales goals while helping to execute both short and long-term business strategies.
  • Manage Operations: Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, maintain brand image through visual presentation, and ensure a neat and organized environment.
  • Develop Talent: Assist in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your product knowledge and passion for the Kiehl's brand.

We Are Looking For
We are seeking an individual with a spirit of adventure and a talent for serving others to help lead our team. You are a great match if you have a collaborative mindset, an ability to inspire others, and a desire to grow with us.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service. Prior keyholder experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
  • The ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus!
