Job description

Kaminska Dermatology is seeking a skilled and experienced Esthetician / Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team in Chicago. This is a full-time position combining front desk patient coordination with esthetician expertise.


Key Responsibilities

Patient Reception: Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.


Practice Coordination: Coordinate scheduling, manage appointment books, handle patient intake, and support daily clinical operations.


Esthetic Services: Utilize esthetic background to consult with patients, recommend medical-grade skin care products and treatments, and assist with specialized skin care procedures as needed.


Administrative Support: Maintain patient records, manage communications, and ensure a seamless, high-end patient experience from arrival to departure.


Qualifications & Requirements

Experience Required: Proven professional experience working both as a licensed esthetician and in a front-desk medical receptionist or patient coordinator role.


Dermatology/Medical Office Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical environments, patient confidentiality (HIPAA), and medical-grade skincare lines.
