Job Description

  • The majority of the job will be down sitting down in a chair and the job duties will be very repetitive.******
  • QA Text Inspection Product (Short Term Project Only)
  • This individual will be responsible for the following: - Inspection of parts per prints and chart dimensions per SPC requirement
  • Perform routine audits, using gages and fixtures
  • Enter quality data into pre-defined computer programs
  • Conduct product tests such as, leak, length, air gage, straightness, etc.
  • Identify and report any quality issues in the cell Qualified individuals will have the following:
  • Ability to read prints and graphs - Basics math and computer skills
  • Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability and desire to work in a team orientated environment
  • Ability to identify production or quality issues -
  • Ability to routinely work with small parts
  • Detailed oriented, quality conscious, and an aptitude for maintaining records
  • Must be a good team player, be open to change, and work well with others - Previous injection molding experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required - 0-2 years of work experience
