The Advanced Effector Guidance Systems (AEGS) Department develops guidance section electronics architectures for development programs, supports subsystem analyses, integration and test, provides program leadership as well as GPS/IMU support. We partner with several Electrical Engineering Departments that provide the detail designs of our electrical products. We are seeking entry-level candidates willing to collaborate, innovate, and team with our engineers to generate and utilize today’s cutting-edge technology to develop electrical subsystems.
What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot electronics in a lab or production environment, performing system and circuit level analysis, subsystem integration and test, supporting failure investigations, maintaining and creating documentation, and interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers.
- Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA and component levels.
- Failure analysis / root cause determination and corrective action implementation.
- Performing analog and digital circuit analysis and characterizing and modeling electrical signals of electronics subsystems in simulation.
- Identifying and instantiating circuit card and subassembly design updates.
- Conducting integration & test at the subassembly level.
- Develop interconnect models between various subsystems.
- Generate test procedures/plans and document test results.
- Generate and present task results to small technical teams.
- Potential travel to test areas for support/troubleshooting issues, less than 10%.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
- Experience with writing and/or executing test procedures.
- Basic lab or other experience with one or more of the following: RF, analog, digital, mixed signal, circuit design or analysis
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations and FRACAS processes.
- Knowledge and experience with Material Review Board, Process Configuration Board, Configuration Control Board and Failure Review Board processes, proposing/defending and implementing Change Notices.
- Experience with test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control.
- Experience with oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, power meter.
- Integration and test of electrical hardware/subsystems.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
