Now Hiring: Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in customer service, inside sales, and manufacturing support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable working with customers, and be open to learning additional responsibilities over time, including sales support and trade show participation.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately
  • Update pricing and customer information in company systems
  • Assist customers with product questions, order status, and general inquiries
  • Prepare quotes, sales documents, and basic reports
  • Support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks
  • Maintain organized customer records and files
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Learn company products, processes, and capabilities
  • Potential opportunity to assist with trade shows and customer visits in the future
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or office experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers by phone, email, and in person
