Job Title: Entry Level Restoration Technician

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Entry Level Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in helping others, and wants to build a career in the restoration industry. No prior restoration experience is required — we provide training. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential.

As an Entry Level Technician, you will assist with restoring residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, and other environmental factors. You will work alongside experienced team members, use professional equipment, and learn industry-standard restoration procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with water, fire, and smoke damage cleanup and restoration

  • Support mold remediation and containment procedures following safety guidelines

  • Help remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation

  • Perform cleaning, debris removal, and job site preparation

  • Operate basic hand tools and restoration equipment (training provided)

  • Assist with carpet cleaning and deodorization services

  • Follow safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments

  • Communicate professionally with team members and customers

  • Load, unload, and care for equipment and vehicles

Requirements

  • No restoration experience required — training provided

  • Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing, and working in various environments)
