ServiceNow Software Engineer III
Primary Location: Cincinnati, OH
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a ServiceNow Software Engineer III for our premier client in Cincinnati, OH.
Knowledge and Skills:
ITSM Solution Development & Configuration
  • Configure and enhance ITSM modules including:
  • Incident, Problem, Change Management
  • Request Management & Service Catalog

Knowledge Management
Incident Support & Troubleshooting (L3)
  • Act as escalation point for complex ITSM-related issues
  • Diagnosing application, workflow, and integration issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
  • Monitor and manage ITSM incident queues

Integration Support
  • Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP services

IntegrationHub / Spokes
  • Troubleshoot failures in inbound/outbound integrations affecting ITSM processes
  • User Experience & Process Optimization

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • ServiceNow Software Engineer III to join our ITSM-focused squad, responsible for designing, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions. This role emphasizes ITSM process implementation, workflow automation, and integration support, rather than core platform engineering or CMDB/Asset management.
