Job description

This position will work with global PL marketing and engineering teams to drive new product introductory.

Job Duties:

NPI:

  • Make product development plan with the inputs from marketing and R&D, monitor the outcome and seek alignment throughout product development cycle to proactively drive new product release with target performance and timeline
  • Maintain product check list and coordinate phase gate reviews
  • Make product qualification plan, monitor and report the results
  • Coordinate engineering builds and evaluation, analyze and interpret the test results
  • Participate in failure analysis and problem solving

Sustaining:

  • Support customer inquiries regarding datasheet or special characterization occasionally
  • Support product quality incidents and coordinate engineering analysis occasionally

Qualifications:

  • BS in EE or related engineering fields
  • Understand semiconductor device physics, statistical analysis, failure analysis and basic circuit analysis
  • Strong data analysis skills, experience in statistical data analysis tool such as datapower/eXensio/JMP/minitab a plus
  • Knowledge in semiconductor device fabrication and assembly process a plus
  • Hands on experience with lab testing equipment such as probe station, Tektronix curve tracer, HP4142B, Keysight power device analyzer and etc.
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Have a growth mind set, able to adapt to a very dynamic work environment
  • Team player
